Double room in spacious house High Barnet

We’re looking for a chill and tidy housemate to join our 5 bed beautiful house in High Barnet

- Rent is £740 per month & bills ~ £100 (less in Summer)

- Move in November 9th and the tenancy is for a year with potential to extend. (Landlord is flexible if you would like to move out sooner - you’d just need to find someone to replace you on the tenancy)

- Double room with desk, wardrobe & chest of drawers. 2 bathroom house, large open plan kitchen diner & living space. We have a large south facing garden 🌞, decking and greenhouse 🪴.

- Location is great 4 min walk from High Barnet tube station on the Northern line with direct links to central London. We’re not far from the town/shops/gym/pubs.

- We currently are a house of 3 girls and 1 boy and are looking for someone to fill the final room. We’re all between 25-26 and own 2 beautiful cats 🐈‍⬛! We enjoy cooking, game/movie nights, reading and an evening at the pub. Yasmin (26) is a vet nurse 🐾, Lucinda (26) works at a school but is our resident astrophysicist 🌟, George (25) works in hospitality & Anusha (26) is a zookeeper/teacher at a local college 🐍.

-Accessibility wise the room, main bathroom and kitchen are all on the ground floor but there are 2 steps/doorframes to enter the house
