Other housemates are shift workers At Barnet General Hospital. We are keen to keep the house for Emergency services, so we are offering discount rate, for Nhs, fire or Police!

You have your own dedicated bathroom ensuite with a toilet and shower.

Offstreet parking, on the gravel driveway.
Currently, no other tenants have a car.

There is no deposit.

If you are a couple, there will be an additional charge.
The single person rate is 1,150 per month.
Couples ok if both are emergency services.
Discount for NHS is £100 pm.
So the price for Nhs is £1050

The house has a communal kitchen, lounge, & dining room.
It’s a big old Victorian house!
High ceilings. Gorgeous original features / fireplaces.

PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON THE FRONT DRIVE

It also has a lovely large back garden.
Good for BBQs in the summer.

The house is on the main road, near Barnet General Hospital.
There is a gravel drive with space for 2 cars off street parking.

5 mins walk to Barnet High Street and 10 mins walk to High Barnet tube station.
1 minute walk to Barnet General Hospital (it’s opposite!)

This is a non-smoking house, with a large lounge, dining room and kitchen all for communal use, and free parking in the front drive. it is a house of young friendly professionals. Either males/females are welcome, housemates all work very hard so everyone tries to keep the house quiet for each other during the week.
