Hello, we are Clare and Katie and we’re the current tenants of this lovely flat. Clare is moving overseas and hence why this room is available. As Clare is moving she is unable to take most of her belongs with her. This means that if you’re interested she is happy to offer the bedroom fully furnished as pictured for an extra one off cost (£100). This includes mattress, mattress protector, bedding, room décor, chest of drawers, full length mirror, shoe rack, dirty washing basket and drawers in wardrobe.
You will be sharing a spacious 2 bedroom flat with Katie, a 23 year old female from Australia. Katie works professionally as a paramedic and is a very clean and considerate flatmate.
We are looking for someone who is a good match for living with Katie. This is ideally another young female, preferably 21-30 years old, works professionally and is respectful. Katie is chatty but also respectful of personal space. She is creative and also loves a night out in London or spending time with her friends that she loves dearly.

Bedroom-A spacious and modern double bedroom. Room has brilliant natural light with nice morning sun.
Included (fully furnished)- mattress, bed frame (under bed storage), bed side tables, spacious wardrobe, full length mirror, room décor, bedding and pillows, white chest of draws, wire storage drawers (in wardrobe) and shoe rack.
Bathroom, kitchen, living area and back garden are shared with flatmate.
Kitchen includes utensils, cooking equipment including pots, pans, baking trays etc, microwave, stovetop, oven, NutriBullet and washing machine.
All furniture in living room is included.
Parking space available.
