Lodger wanted for friendly house share. Must speak fluent English, have a stable professional and personal life, be tidy and courteous.

Room is a large downstairs double bedroom, single occupancy only, double bed with recent mattress and ample furnishings.

The house has a very large, well appointed kitchen, double range cooker, all mod cons. 4 fridges and freezers, microwave, espresso machine, storage etc. Washer & Dryer.

There’s a shared TV/summer room off the kitchen, opening onto a private tropical landscaped garden, with pond, patios, seating and bbq.

Heating and showers that work! Upstairs Bath & Shower. Downstairs bathroom and shower. Lots of storage. Shared double drive, with loads of free street parking.

All housemates are friendly professionals: 2 Polish women, 2 English men. Ages 22 - 40. Conservative/apolitical. Not woke.

We are looking for someone similar, who will be a welcome addition to the household: Easygoing, tidy, friendly, mature and clean.

All bills included. Fastest fibre broadband. Toilet rolls and cleaning essentials included. There is a weekly cleaning rota.

No dogs, I’m afraid but other small pets, inc cats considered.

The house is for sale, but the room should be available for at least 6 months, hence the cheap rent. You’ll have plenty of notice regarding moving out date. Ideal if you’re looking for a short term home.
