We are looking for a single tenant who is working and professional, who will enjoy sharing with other friendly tenants (currently 2 females and 1 male, all professional and in their 20's) and professional. This is a clean and tidy environment to live in. No couples as we don't want more than 4 people living at the property.

There is a large garden at the rear of the property & to the front, the drive is block paved with a large parking area and raised planting at the edge.
