Single/box room - furnished, in house

Renting - Single room to rent from 1st December in a share house together with a great bunch of people :) .
The room is facing the street, which is very quiet. The house is also quiet and relaxing. There are 1 bathroom and 1 shower room in the house, a large kitchen/dining area (22 m2), a terrace, and a very large garden.
There are close shops (Sainsbury's, Tesco, Greggs, fish and Chips, chicken land, royal mail, butchery, Chessington North and South train stations are 15 -20 minutes walk or a few minutes by bus, Surbiton station is 15 minutes by bus (every 5-10 minutes). Lidl is a walking distance as well.
The room is very small, is for a single person only.

I don't accept people who enjoy a "bit more " of drinking or use recreational drugs. Also we keep the night time quiet after 22:00 as part of the house rules.
It is a smoke-free house, but you can smoke outdoors if you are a smoker. Please don't smoke indoors, by the window. We have a fully enclosed patio just outside the kitchen doors, so rain and wind will not be an issue. There are also couches and a coffee table.
Free WIFI, bills and council tax included.
