Room for rent in luxury new build 2 bedroom apartment.

Hi guys,
My flatmate is sadly moving out.

We are the first ones to have moved in to this property.
The property is brand new, lived here less than 3 years.

The room is large and very spacious with bright light and blackout curtains when needed.

My room is an ensuite, so you will have the main bathroom to yourself most of the time. I only use the main bathroom when I want to have a bath or when there are guests.

We have a really large balcony.

The area is quite nice, and everything you need is on your doorstep.
Lidl, Sainsburys, Superdrug, Boots, Nandos are all a few mins walk away. But our street is quite quiet. We have our own private parking bay.

Hornchurch underground station is about a 10 minute walk or you can get a bus which gets there in 2 mins.

A bit about me;
I'm very chilled, tidy and do my own thing a lot of the time. Seeking someone friendly, clean & laid back to move in.
