Cosy double room

I have a double room with new bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers.
We have recently fitted new washing machine, airfryer, dining table and sofa. I am open to provide the right environment so you feel comfortable, of course within reasonable means :).
The house is located in a quiet estate with easy access to hornchurch Station. Bus stops are close by with Hornchurch station 2 stops down the road. We also have a tesco store 7 minutes walk from the House. And Hornchurch town centre is a few stops away. Hornchurch town centre boasts an array of shops, supermarkets, Bank, pharmacy, coffee shops and restaurants. We have a driveway for parking if you need it.
