Lovely and bright full furnished room in Hornchurc

We have a furnished room to let. We are a small family of 3 people. Two adults and one 11 years old girl. The house consists of good sized lounge, dining room, smart kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets and two bath rooms. The house is very bright and well furnished. It has been maintained in highest quality.
We have a good sized garden as well. Both of us working professionals in NHS. The area is very nice and quite. Plenty of parking space. A small beautiful park adjacent to the property which is maintained by the residents association. In addition, the Hornchurch country park is just behind this property.
We expect decent and genuine person who must be child friendly. Ideally for work from home people, professionals and mature students. Off street parking is available.
