Our house is located in Hornchurch near Roneo corner Tesco. We have a beautiful double bedroom. The house is very clean and tidy. It is 5 min walk to bus stations, you can either take Hornchurch tube station and Romford station. Local shops are 3 minute walk , Roneo corner Tesco is 10 minutes walk. Burger King is in walking distance from flat.

Double bedroom has a wardrobe, double comfortable bed, chest of drawer and bedside table for single person 750£ or for couple 850£.

We are looking for a tenant for a room for our lovely house. The rent is fixed, 750£ per one person or a couple 850£ per month for double room with everything included.
