Single room with double bed, for single occupancy only. Own shower, toilet and sink. Share of chalet bungalow with lady owner, use of kitchen and utility facilities. Garden and patio area and off street parking available. Short walk to bus stops to Romford, Hornchurch and Upminster. 15-20 min walk to Romford Station, 10 min walk to Queens Hospital. This is a Monday to Friday only let, for a full-time working person.
