2 rooms available to rent in a 3 bedroom house, in Hornchurch. The house is within 10 minutes walking distance of Romford station, with a variety of buses available nearby. There are also several shops in close proximity. The house has 1 shared kitchen and 1 shared shower.

There are currently two occupants at the residence (1 of which is the landlord), both in full-time employment.

The ideal flatmate: As the house is relatively small, the tenant would ideally be happy remaining in their room a majority of the time. 1 current resident starts working early in the morning so please bare in mind.

We are open to students above the age of 18.

Room 1 - Double Bedroom (semi-furnished)

This is a ground-floor room with a double-bed, cupboard, coffee table and sofa.

This room is available to a single person or a couple (rent rate will be different to advertised if occupied by a couple).

Room 2 - Single Bedroom (unfurnished)

This is a box-room located on the 1st floor. The room is big enough only for a single bed.
