Double room with shared bathroom

This room has a shared bathroom with one other person. i am a live in landlord. My girlfriend visits the property approximately once a week. At present a cleaner typically comes to the property once every two weeks. She will require access to all bedrooms. The bedroom needs to be kept tidy so that she has access to all surfaces in order that she can dust and hoover.
