The room is furnished with an entire wall of fitted mirrored wardrobe so there is plenty of hanging and storage space. There is a single mattress on the floor hence the reduced price. Mattress is still sealed in plastic wrapping.

Bus stop around the corner serving 3 different bus routes.

15 minutes walk to Romford town centre and station. Romford has a large shopping centre with the usual brands, but if you require more retail therapy, the fast train will get you to Stratford station (Westfield shopping centre, Olympic Park) in 10 mins and London Liverpool Street station in 20 mins. West end (Bond Street) in 38 mins on the Elizabeth line.

Lidl, Sainsburys, Asda, gym in town centre. Tesco Extra 10 mins walk. Local shops, park, Post Office and chemist less than 5 mins walk.

Washing machine and dryer available.
