Cosy double room

I have a double room with its own private bathroom.
We have recently fitted new washing machine, airfryer, dining table and sofa. I am open to provide the right environment so you feel comfortable, of course within reasonable means :).
The house is located in a quiet estate with easy access to Hornchurch Station. Bus stops are less than 5 minutes walk with access to Hornchurch, Queens Hospital, Romford. We also have a tesco store 7 minutes walk from the house. Hornchurch town centre is a few stops away and boasts an array of shops, supermarkets Sainsburys, Tesco and Lidl, Bank, pharmacy, coffee shops and restaurants. We have a driveway for parking if you need it.
