Hi, I'm looking for a lodger in my spacious home.

Looking for a single working professional. Someone who's clean and tidy and will enjoy this well kept home.

You'll have access to a cosy living room and a dining room that overlooks our beautiful garden. Furthermore, there is a small walk in closet to store all your clothes should you need it. There's a garden table and chairs that you can enjoy and make the most of all year round.

For those who work from home or want a dedicated area to work, there is another bedroom which could be used for that purpose. This is currently not included in monthly rent - if this is something you're interested in please let me know and we can discuss further. So you will effectively have 2 bedrooms to yourself.

The bathrooms are freshly refurbished. We have a bathroom and an additional toilet.

It's a beautiful, quiet area and is great for walks. Gidea Park station (Elizabeth Line) is approx 15 min walk. Its also a short bus ride to Hornchurch station (District Line) and plenty of street parking.
