• One communal living room, one communal dining room, and one large kitchen with 2, four gas burners, 2 ovens, 2 microwave ovens, 2 sink drainers, 2 washer/dryers and one American style fridge freezer.

• Weekly cleaning service of the communal areas provided as part of the rent. The cleaner disposes off the garbage and there is no rubbish disposal rota or cleaning rota to be followed by the tenants.

• No couples. No pets.

• Licensed house share with appropriate fire alarms and fire doors in each room, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers and CCTV security cameras.

• The rooms are available only to carefully vetted out working professionals on single occupancy.

• Commercial grade heating system available in the house consisting of a boiler, 2 vented hot water cylinders, pressure pump and a 1250 litres cold storage tank. This heating system ensures that all occupiers at all times can simultaneously call on hot water in their bathrooms/communal kitchen 24 hours of the day.
