Hi,

It’s a two room spacious ground flat with one room occupied by couple.

The other room to let is having a separate good size bathroom but it’s not ensuite. So kinda it’s like personal bathroom.

Living and kitchen area are shared with all amenities like TV, WIFI, DISH WASHER, WASHING MACHINE, MICROWAVE and OVEN.

The property is located at very convenient location for transporting and shopping near by at walking distance. Everything is pretty much at walking distance like bus stand, tube station, grocery shops, local bar, restaurants and high street.

We are vegetarian couple from India and looking for someone vegetarian to rent out our spare room.

All bills are included.
