Single room available for female prefered

Single room available in family home with own bathroom and share of kitchen with one female. Nice and clean and well maintained with gas central heating and WiFi. We have a 2 year old cat. Huge garden and a walk away from hounslow town and Whitton. Looking for a working female ideally . No overnight stayers/guests. As it’s a family home we respect privacy and mature attitude. Must like cats and be happy to look after our home and cat when we are away and clean areas used once a week. We are a indian family and travel a lot. The 281 bus and SW train station near bye. My other tenant is female and has been living with us for 6 years and is German. House is quiet but can be very busy when grandkids and adult children visit/stay. Free residential parking on road.
