The room is newly built and you would be the first person to live in the room. It is a nice simple room. It has a brand new wardrobe and a good bed with plenty of space to store things under the bed.

There is a huge supermarket, cinema and gym 10 minutes walk away. There is actually a large park two minutes walk away. The High St is 5 minutes walk, where there are many shops, cafes, restaurants, fishmongers and greengrocers. Within a 5 minute walk there are restaurants, grocery shops, a pub, a hairdresser and a nice cafe.
