Lovely studio flat - excellent location!

Dear sir/madam,

I have a lovely studio furnished top floor flat (washing machine, microwave etc) in High Street, Hounslow to rent for 3 months including bills and very close to shops and public transport.

Also, l've a friendly indoor cat and rent can be reduced by £100 per month if the ideal person is willing to take care on daily basis by feeding and changing litter tray etc.

A single working professional person (must show proof of employment with photo ID) and who is clean, tidy, reliable and pay rent on time every month will only be considered. No couples please.

Please note: The ideal person must strictly vacate this flat after the 3 months has finished as short let only.
