The house is very chilled out. Great after a hard day’s work to chill out in. If you are working professional, easy going, clean and respectful to others and will treat the place as a home, please read on.
RENT - The rent includes:

* TV license
* Broadband (1GB Virgin Media - Which is the best you can get)
* So ***ALL BILLS INCLUDED*** Including Council tax
The rate I'm asking is extremely fair... In this market, you get what you pay for as you can tell from all of the above.
All photo's taken are taken as standard and not from a wide angled camera (which estate agents are using on this site to make a room look a lot bigger than it really is). In fact, the rooms in some of the pics are bigger in person.
The Ensuite Double room £820 a Month and the large double room is £800
Rooms are priced slightly differently because the rooms are different sizes and one comes with en-suite. I've tried to be fair as possible.
