Ideal for introverts, long hours workers who want somewhere homely, safe, Quiet and clean to come back to. It’s not a party house and 1 housemate works during the night so she needs quiet during the day and one is due a baby soon. We like to feel safe in the home and know who is here so have few guests either.

This is not a house for young students who group together to get ready on Friday nights or a house for someone to have their boyfriend round every night!

No smoking/ no overnight guests more than 2 nights a weeks.

£750 per month
£750 deposit

All bills are included including a cleaner who visits to clean communal areas every month. We follow a cleaning rota other weeks.
