I'm looking for a quiet and reliable professional lodger in full time employment.

I have the following room:

- One nice bright double room (3. 71m x 3. 45m) overlooking the garden at £425

I would also consider renting for a short term a single room. See below

Also included:

Broadband, fridge freezer, washing machine and use of lovely garden.

The house is located in a quiet street with excellent transport connections to Ilford, Barking, Gants Hill Stations and onwards to central London - nearest bus stop is a minute's walk away (145/150/128/366. Ilford town centre is a 5-10 minute walk and there is a Fitness First gym 5 mins away and Tesco express nearby.

I would consider short term lets from 4-8 weeks for the single room at a higher rate of £400pcm. This may be suitable for those attending courses at the Plab Centre, as it is a 5 minute walk from here.

Please note I will require references, identification and proof of employment or study.
