We are an English family-run house-share - our beautiful, clean large house is comfortable and homely.
Current housemates are working in a variety of jobs inc. Costume production in TV/Film, Independent film-maker, assistant teacher, crane operator (and tree surveyor!?)
Hobbies of house-mates include sports, yoga, travel, theatre, food, festivals, cycling, saunas, outdoor swimming, reading, etc.
We are friendly and well-travelled, and will share dinners and a glass of wine.
I manage the house and also live here with my 2 lovely kids (ages 4 & 8).

In an excellent location for transport links into and around London.
We welcome tenants who are looking for a place to live that is relaxed, friendly and with enough space for privacy.

All rooms are spacious, clean and fully furnished, including all bed linen (if needed).

2 minutes from the high road with many independent shops, restaurants, a variety of take-away food options, an Aldi and huge Tescos.
Good local parks, free tennis courts, a number of local gyms.

Goodmayes Train station is a 4 minute walk away for the TfL Overground Train
11 Mins to Stratford and 20 mins to Liverpool Street
15 minutes walk to Newbury Park Station TfL Underground Central Line (soon to be 24 hrs)
