Large Double Furnished with Car Park

I’m looking for a friendly, clean, considerate and independent flatmate (no couples) who respects the property is a home and must like cats. My cat is great judge of character so if you win her over you’ll be a great candidate.

Although I lead an active lifestyle, my home is my sanctuary and I would like to share it with someone who has a similar lifestyle. I currently WFH on Fridays.

Ideally situated for West Middlesex Hospital (10mins walk), GSK, SKY and cabin crew for LHR. I currently rent out my semi-covered carpark, however, you may have full use of this if you have a car.

There are numerous transport links:
Buses 235, 237, E8 stop outside the complex while the H37 and 267 are a few mins walk away. Chiswick, Richmond, Hammersmith and Westfield are only a bus ride away.
Trains to Waterloo are less than 5 mins from flat and the Piccadilly Line (Hounslow East) is 10 mins on the bus or a 20 mins walk. Richmond is 15mins away by bus.

The room is furnished with a wardrobe, kingsized bed and a large, solid book case that can be used for storage. Sheets and mattress protectors are provided.

A bond will be payable and a reference check, including a credit check, will be required before moving in. I will arrange this.

Bills include council tax [Band D], wifi, water, & electricity [fair use].
