Small kitchen with microwave, electric hob, small fridge, a laundry area and a lovely garden. The room is located on the ground floor with a nice view to the garden. Each room in the house has its own toilet/shower so you won’t be sharing with anyone else, except when we are using the garden or having guests. All other rooms are located on the second floor of the house.

This is a family house so we are looking for a female/male professional worker, friendly and easy going. You will be sharing a house with a lovely friendly kitten, a new born, a 3 years old child, a couple on their 30’s and a woman on her 50’s.

We require references, we require £325 half of the first month rent to secure the room. We don’t hold any deposit from the tenant. Unfortunately, smokers or any more pets.
