Cosy room in 2 Bedroom House

Hi peeps!
I have a single room available in my cosy home (Isleworth, TW7). Pets are allowed.

You will share the house with me (a 39-year-old vegan), as I work full-time at a college nearby and am away a few evenings a week to take lessons in Ealing. I enjoy spending time alone, so I will generally be in my room. However, I also like to share a glass of wine or dinner with my housemate when the time is right. I am looking for a responsible and clean person who is accustomed to house sharing and respectful of their housemates and the shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, and garden).

The price is £850 all bills included (a 1-month deposit is required)
The area is beautiful, and you will have friendly neighbours. Additionally, a big park is just a 2-minute walk from home. The train station (for commuting to Waterloo, Clapham Junction, and Vauxhall) is just 5 minutes away by walk, and you can also walk to Richmond.

Just 25 minutes by train to Wandsworth
30 minutes by train to Clapham Junction
45 minutes by train to Waterloo
20-minute walk to Richmond

Please do not party at home (a small gathering is okay)

Prefably for women or LGBTQ+ individuals. (no cis men)
Much better if you are vegan/vegetarian.

The room comes fully furnished (with a single/double bed), fitted wardrobe and shelves, a clothes rack, an office chair and a desk.

Smoking isn't allowed inside the house, but I have a private garden where you can smoke.
