Available immediately, this room has been looked after with great care. It is also available furnished or unfinished (450 GBPper month)

We are looking for one professional person or student who would be clean, tidy, caring, responsible, environmentally friendly and respectful of other house mates and who would not mind our well-behaved cat being in the house or outside somewhere.

The person who would move in will be using facilities mindfully, will take care of their individual and shared living space, taking turns with other house residents in cleaning all the communal areas, putting the rubbish and recycling containers out.
The lodger will also NOT be smoking, heavy drinking, using drugs or have disturbing parties. Priority will also be given to long-term lodgers.

The house is situated in a lovely cul-de-sac within 1-2 min from bus stops outside West Thames College and within 5min walk to the Isleworth train station. It is in a street with wonderful caring and friendly neighbours too!

The facilities include double living room, big fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a big driveway, very spacious back garden, side entrance to the garden.
Currently, there are 3 lovely, respectful, quiet yet friendly people in the house.
