Located in Old Isleworth, walking distance from Twickenham (20mins), St Margaret's (12mins), Richmond (23mins).

Really beautiful location, 5min walk from the Thames, with Syon Park, Kew Garden and Richmond Park nearby.

Spacious and bright double room. Shared use of garden, open-plan kitchen, lounge, study (I work 2 days from home) and has the main use of the bathroom (I have an en-suite)

There's a number of gyms nearby, a local shop 1min round the corner, a co-op within a 5min walk and a number of parks and pubs/restaurants in walking distance. There is parking available on the road.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED i. e. TV license, wifi, water, heating, service charge, netflix etc.

There's only 2 rooms (not 3 as noted), so it'll just be myself and a housemate. I'm a very relaxed live in landlord, I've so far, lived with mates, so generally like spending time in the lounge rather than stuck in my room, so looking for someone friendly and fairly sociable. Great if you're keen on sport as I spent a lot of my time training (running/cycling). Friends/family welcome round.
