The rent is £1,000 per month for 2 people, with all bills included, for 1 person: £800 per month, all bills included The location is very convenient, with the train station just a 2-minute walk away. Bus stops for 235, 237 and H91, as well as Tesco, are around a 7-minute walk away. We are looking for clean, respectful, responsible and serious tenants who are happy to stay for a minimum of 6 months.
