Extra large double room - February-April 2026 rent

I am looking for someone to rent my lovely extra large double room for 1 person from February 2 - April 28, 2026 while I am away for a trip abroad. The room is bright and spacious which is something you cannot miss, for a cheap price which is hard to find in London these days!

The rent is £720/month (180/week) inclusive of all bills. You would be paying one month rent in advance following signing of sublet license agreement.

The flat and flatmates:
- There are 5 rooms in total, 1 of which is a self-contained room with its own kitchen and toilet.
- For the other 3 rooms, you will be sharing the kitchen and toilet/shower over bath with four other people. They are all sensible and easy to talk to so I did not have a problem sharing the spaces with them.
- The flat also has a garden space.
- To help maintain cleanliness of the flat, we have a roster where each of us do the cleaning. You only have to clean once every five weeks.

The flat is 2 minutes walking distance to a bus stop which brings you to:
- 237 White City (Westfield/ Sheperd’s bush) (Rail, hammersmith and city and central line)
- 267 Hammersmith (Piccadilly/District/Hammersmith and City)
- 267 Chiswick/Gunnersbury (District and overground)
- E8 Boston Manor (Piccadilly)
- E8 Ealing Broadway (District/ Rail / Elizabeth Line)

Syon Lane station is also a 5-minutes walking distance from the flat which provides direct connection to central london (Brentford, Putney, Clapham Junction, Waterloo).

There is also a park and attraction (Syon House) 5-minutes walking distance from the flat which is convenient for a short or long stroll connecting the riverside up to Richmond!

The short-let:
I am looking for someone who can ideally take the room for 2-3 months and I am flexible with your dates of stay.
