Large, spacious double room to rent in Isleworth

Hi there. I have a massive double room to rent in Isleworth. The room is furnished, comes with lots of storage and it benefits of direct garden access. I'm looking for a single professional who might be interested in sharing the flat with me only. The potential flatmate needs to go through agency reference checks and would be added over the remaining contract that expires only in FEV 2027. Landlord is happy to renew it, if that's the case. I've been living here for the past 3 years. Its a lovely ground floor garden flat, full of direct sun light. Its located 3 minutes away from bus stops, easy reach of Isleworth Station, Osterley and Hounslow East.
Monthly bills are about £ 250pcm during winter and less during summer.
It's with an estate agents so they do their usual checks with a set annual income or guarantor needed etc.
About me: I'm 34, professional working Mon- Fri, 9am to 4pm. I'm very easy going, low maintenance, tidy and clean. I enjoy cooking, cycling, gym, love gardening and drinking a beer or two. I'm also on my final year of my degree( graduates in July/26), so I'm out two evenings during the week and Saturdays most of the day.
About the flatmate: I'm hoping to find someone who can understand personal space, is also clean and tidy, low maintenance but enjoys a laugh occasionally.
