Great house for flat share

The house and room:
The house is a lovely house in a great location in Twickenham. We are walking distance walk to Whitton, Twickenham and Hounslow station and the High Street. Walking distance to crane park and local bus stations.

The room itself is a comfortable and bright double room. There is a bed/mattress. I can provide chest of drawers and wardrobe for the room or can make it unfurnished, and there's good space for a desk/additional storage. All rooms have plenty of natural light.

There is a parking space and on-road parking via a permit system.

Bills etc.
The room, including all bills. This includes all the usual household bills, including wifi & TV, plus all things we need to purchase collectively (loo rolls, cleaning products etc). The deposit is noted on the website and is kept in a secure Tenancy Deposit Scheme. The house is on a yearly rolling contract but people can move out at any time by finding a replacement.
