Richmond/Heathrow/M4 Corridor - Parking/FibreWiFi

I'm a friendly, easy going guy looking for a flatmate that will appreciate living in a home rather than just a spare room.

I try to hit the gym on evenings/weekends when I'm not out socialising with friends.

Looking to rent out a clean spare second bedroom in my ground-floor flat. It's close to the local rail station (10 min walk) and quick enough to hop on a bus to Richmond or Hounslow (about 15mins) where you can easily get a tube. If you drive, the M4, A4 and Heathrow are incredibly easy to get to. There is parking bay available too if you have a car.

You would ideally be easy going, clean, and tidy. The flat is strictly a no smoking zone, but there is an area outside if you do smoke.
