Double Room in quiet house Mon-Fri

Hi,
We have a large double room available in a quiet rennovated house.

In addition to the furnished bedroom you have use of lounge (with 85 inch television), yoga area, kitchen, garden. There are 2 toilets in the property and 1 bathroom that is not frequently used.

Looking for someone who is generally tidy and easy to get along with.

Internet access and bills are included in the price.

Current preference for a Mon-Fri let but would consider short term and other variations

Council Tax Band is E (council tax is included in bills no extra payment)
