Available 15th August, double bedroom for professional in large, top floor, quiet bedroom, 7 min walk to Kew Gardens station, sharing with only one person: quiet, friendly professional, owner-occupier. Shared use of kitchen & bathroom only *not the living room*. N. B This is a Monday-Friday let only i. e. 4-5 nights per week.

THE ROOM: Large, 4.3 x 2.6m, double room overlooking trees & cul-de-sac. Quiet: No-one above you & no other room/flat next to your bedroom. Ample storage consisting of floor to ceiling built-in cupboards. Black-out blinds. Adjacent to the bathroom. TV with FREE SKY TV.

INCLUDES: Bed linen changed weekly & fresh towels provided weekly. Super fast & reliable Community Fibre Internet. 24/7 hot water. Bills. Share of the bathroom and kitchen. You may leave personal belongings in the cupboard over the weekends. Secure internal bike storage on the ground floor and free off-road parking available.

One month's notice either party. Please note you need to provide a landlord & employee reference, pass a credit check and provide your Passport that I will photocopy to comply with the Government 'Right to Rent' policy.

Suit responsible, mature professional wanting somewhere clean, comfortable & convenient Mon to Fri.

7 min walk to Kew Gardens station is Zone 3 for District Line & London Overground covers North London to Stratford. One stop to Richmond for South West Trains (including fast train) to Vauxhall, Clapham junction & Waterloo. Also Ascot, Windsor and Reading.
20 mins door to door (including walking time) to Chiswick Business Park on the District line.
South Circular at the end of the road for easy access into Central London. Close to Glaxo (GSK), Worley Parsons, Sky and businesses along A4/M4 to Gillette Corner. A 20 minute drive to Heathrow.
