The property is less than a minute away from Kew Gardens underground station connecting to District and Overground lines, and a 5 min tube or 15 min walk to Richmond where South West Railway lines can be reached.
Base rent to the landlord is £840 PCM. Utilities, broadband and council tax are shared between tenants totalling approx. £170 PCM. The contract is for 6 months minimum, then rolling every month after.
On-street parking is available, although a resident parking permit is required from Richmond Council.
