Its three bedroom property located just a few minute walk from a Kew Gardens station, makes it easy to commute. I’m very sad to leave this lovely place, but I’m leaving London for the time being.

Nearby : Lots of restaurants / local coffee shops around, off licence just seconds away, Tesco 3 mins walk, a massive Sainsbury 10 mins walk away. Kew Gardens just across the road. Richmond is 10 mins cycle which is ideal for a nice weekend hang out!

About the room : it’s the biggest room in the house and it comes with the bed/wardrobe and a chest of drawers. And a nice bonus - you got your own bathroom!! You basically have the whole floor to yourself as the girls’s bedrooms are upstairs. All furniture is sourced by us and everything stays in the living room/kitchen! :))

About the contract : Only considering female professionals with no pets (sadly). I believe the agency requirement is minimum income is £28K/year. The contact is joint tenancy so it would be name swop on the contract. Wfh are welcome. The room fits a table 🤗 The contract is one year (until 12th of September 2026) with possibility to extend afterwards. Deposit is £1,036.33

I loved this house so much, it gave me such a homely feeling and i felt very safe at any time of a day in this area.

Roommates: Australian girl in her late 20s is doing phd and early 30s German girl who works as researcher in uni. They are super friendly/chill and they love a nice chat and occasional hang out.

Rent & bills & council is ~£1212 pcm altogether. The rent day is the 12th of each month. First rent is £303 for one week as a sublet and then your contract starts on the 12th.
