Large en-suite loft room

The room's dimensions are roughly 4.3m x 4.8m. It's in a loft conversion which provides a lot of privacy since you have a floor of the house to yourself.

I included pictures from both when it was occupied and as it is now, unoccupied.

Our closest station is North Sheen rail, but I and prior occupants used Kew Gardens tube station most and it's only slightly further. The kitchen downstairs has a washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher.

I’m looking for someone who contributes to a friendly environment. So, low-stress, but also wants to have the occasional chat, while maintaining respect for privacy and independence.

The ceiling height is roughly 1.9m. The house has a mid-sized back garden you’d be welcome to use. Council Tax band is E (bills are included so you won't pay it).
