Large en-suite loft room

The space is a large room plus en-suite, about 20m2. It's in a loft conversion so it's very private. Downstairs there is a washing machine/dryer and dishwasher, and plenty of kitchen cupboard and fridge space.

I work in finance, from home, except when I'm travelling overseas. I've got on very well with prior lodgers and I'm hoping to keep that up, so I will ask about preferences and interests to try to make sure it is a good fit. As such, please don't message me if you don't fit the ad's criteria.

North Sheen rail station is about 10m walk away, and Kew Gardens tube station is about 15m. If you have a car, on-street parking is plentiful, as it is permitted.

The room is furnished but within reason I'm happy to add or remove items, as I've done it in the past.
