Large en-suite loft room

The room's dimensions are roughly 4.3m x 4.8m. It's in a loft conversion which provides a lot privacy.

The pictures are from when it was occupied and nicely decorated. Right now there's a bed, desk, chair, cabinets and clothes racks - but no plants or art.

Our closest station is North Sheen rail, but I and prior occupants used Kew Gardens tube station most and it's only slightly further.

I've lived here 10 years. I've had people from my social circle live in the loft for most of that time. The prior occupant moved (to a different city) in October, and no one I know has enquired about it so far so I thought I'd try someone new.

The Council Tax Band is E. Bill are included so I don't think it matters.
