Furnished double bedroom in beautiful Kew house

We are three women in our late 20s/30s looking for a new housemate as one of us is sadly leaving the UK. The available room is a bright DOUBLE BEDROOM. Move in date is MARCH 1st. We are looking for a FEMALE WORKING PROFESSIONAL.

Our house is a three-bedroom property with an additional beautiful living room, spacious kitchen, and two bathrooms. It's located 3 minutes from Kew Gardens station.
Nearby you have: Restaurants and coffee shops, Tesco (3 mins walk), M&S (10 mins walk), and a massive Sainsbury (10 mins walk). The Royal Botanical Gardens are just across the road. Richmond is a 10 mins cycle or one tube station away.

About the available room: your bedroom is on the second floor and has a shared bathroom with one other person. The room comes partly furnished (i. e., bed, desk, clothes rack, bedside table, small shelf). All the furniture is ours, so of course you can redo the room as you like!

About your housemates: you would be living with an Australian PhD student and an Italian, who works in an art gallery and as a nanny. Both are super friendly and interesting people and have been living in the UK for quite some time. We all like to have our own space, while we make our house feel like home and enjoy spending time together!

About the contract: we are only considering female professionals without pets. I believe the agency requirement is minimum income is £28K/year. The contact is a joint tenancy so your name would be added to the contract. The current contract is until September, 12th 2026. An extension might be possible, but we don’t know. The deposit is £1,036.33.

Rent & bills: rent is £963, bills vary by month (depending on heating) between £70 and £100, and council tax £135,50. So the monthly total is around £1168-1198. The rent day is the 12th of each month. The first two weeks are a sublet and then your contract starts on March, 12th.
