I have a double room for one person available with ensuite shower room in an annex to my house with private entrance and its own back garden.
I live in a lovely quiet residential part of London nearby the world famous Botanical Gardens of Kew. Only 6 min walk to Kew Gardens Station on the district line or overground or North Sheen Station with Southwest trains directly to Waterloo Station. Only 35 min from central London by District Line. I am looking for a mature student or professional person who respects my home and with whom I can comfortably share my kitchen and lovely garden. Must be a cat lover as I have a 20 year old beautiful cat which needs feeding when I am away occasionally. Ideally move in 1st of September to have a smooth overlay with my previous lodger. All bills are included and the wifi works well in the room.
