Washing machine/dryer/Sky TV/Broadband and fridge/freezer in flat.
I am a very sociable clean professional but pretty much keep my head down during the week so flat is nice and quiet.
I'd like to live with someone who is respectful, clean and without dramas. I'm equally happy with independent quiet types as with those who are more sociable.
