2 bed flat in the heart of Kingston

Our housemate is moving out and we are looking for someone new to join us in our flat.

We are a couple, looking for a third house mate to join us in a gorgeous two bed flat in the Royal Quarter in Kingston. We're both theatre professionals - occasionally working long hours, evenings, and weekends. During our time off, we enjoy watching films, playing games, and going for walks around the many parks you can find from our doorstep (Richmond, Bushy Park, Ham Common ...). We are very sociable people, but also enjoy a quiet night in.

We're looking for someone who is relaxed and upbeat with an easy going approach to life. If you enjoy reading comics, watching films and having a chat over a cup of tea/coffee/cocktail this would be awesome, as that's what we like to do to!

The property has two bedrooms, a bathroom, an open plan living/dining space, a kitchen and a large balcony. In addition, the complex also has a 24hr concierge and a residents gym! The flat is also a mere 5 minute walk from Kingston train station, a 4 minute walk to the centre of town, and a 2 minute walk from the river!

The bedroom comes unfurnished (the furniture in the photos is just an example of how a previous flatmate arranged the room), but the rest of the flat is fully furnished as we have been living here for six years. The bedroom also has balcony access, and is south facing so gets sunlight all day long!

Rent is £667 per month, bills (including internet and council tax) come to around £150 a month, and we are in council tax band E.
