Kitchen/diner with all the usual appliances + water softener, boiling water tap, filtered drinking water.
Separate shower room with w. c. & basin shared with other lodger.
Garden.

Bills (reasonable use) and council tax are included.
Broadband is included.

It is ESSENTIAL you can get along with my dog Pickle and cat Lola. Both pets are hypoallergenic.

You would need to be a quiet, clean and tidy, non-smoker.

House rules about recycling etc apply.

Parking is available on-street (subject to permit fee) but not at the property.

I work partly from home and have my own separate bathroom.

Numerous bus services run out of Kingston a few minutes from the house.
100metres from the house is Fairfield recreational ground and Kingston library, museum.
The River Thames is a few minutes walk from the house.
A short walk from the house is Sainsbury, Marks and Spencer, numerous shops and restaurants, The Rose Theatre, The ancient market place, apple market, sailing and rowing clubs. 3 gyms and many outdoor spaces.
