Hello! My flatmate and I are looking for a female to join our stellar 3-bed home in Kingston Hill.

Our current flatmate is moving out and we're looking for someone who fits our vibe to take over her share of the lease. More pictures to come!

- spacious tub & shower

What we're looking for:
After renting for many years, we are both adamant on finding a flatmate that is happy to integrate into the establish vibe. We would love for you to be social and friendly with us but also understand everyone needs some alone time. We have a weekly cleaning rota that is followed to maintain the standards of the flat. It is expected you clean up after yourself, keep communal areas tidy, and do your dishes in a timely manner. Overnight guests are welcome within reason.

About US:
We both moved to the UK from Canada & the USA 2 years ago to study our Masters at Kingston University. We both are now currently working in our respective fields and always look forward to after work chats. We often go out on the weekends with mutual friends or even head to our local for a classic pub quiz!

Bills: Not included, expect <£100/m
Deposit: £775 + £450 non-refundable agency admin fee
Council tax band: C, £105/m
