Great Double Bedroom

We’re pleased to offer a beautiful room in a charming flat, conveniently near Norbiton Station and Kingston University

The room is fully furnished, and the communal area is clean and tidy. The shared amenities include a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all essential kitchen appliances.

We do not charge any deposit, however, the below is required:

A holding deposit of £200 is required to secure the room. This amount will be deducted from the balance due later.

After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, you will need to visit our office to pay the following:

The first two weeks of the rent

The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £200 to cover utility bills for the first three months of the contract.

If you decide to extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial six months, no additional payment for utilities will be required.

We provide maintenance service, a cleaner, and Wi-Fi as a courtesy. These are not included in the rent or bills, and we do not charge for them. They are simply to maintain our standards

All the flatmates are young professionals who are clean and respectful, so we are looking for someone who can maintain the same standards.
