Just a 5 minute walk to Cromwell Road Bus Station with lot's of bus connections and Kingston Train Station is also a 5 minute walk away which is super convenient for those who travel to work. Trains to London is super easy which only takes 30 minutes to Waterloo Station. The flat is situated in a good area not far from Central Kingston which is only a 10 minute walk away. Asda, Lidl, Aldi and Tesco is 5 minutes walk which is super handy. There's also a Pure Gym, The Gym, cafes, restaurants and the high street closeby in Central Kingston.

The rent per month is £625 which is always paid on the 1st for every month. Bills are not included and average £150 per month, covering gas, electricity, water, internet, and council tax, payable on the 1st of each month.

There is a deposit for the room which needs to be paid to secure the room. It wouldn't let me add on here but it is £762 room deposit.

The bed frame, few month old mattress from Ikea, side table, chest of drawers, clothes rack, table, office chair and shoe drawer was bought from the previous tenant for £200. I am selling this with the room so I am only considering those who are happy to buy this off me for £200.

You will be living with 2 lovely girls who also have their own en-suites. Please note, there is no living room, but there is a small storage room and loft. The Landlord does have plans to put in new insulation for the room but this is yet to be confirmed and to keep this in mind.
