Three Welcoming Double Rooms in Kingston

We are proud to present three fantastic rooms in Kingston, located just a 10-bus ride from Norbiton Station and close to Kingston Hospital.

Available Rooms:
• £190 PW – Available from 22nd April
• £210 PW – Available from 1st May
• £200 PW – Available from 1st May

(All rooms are double bedrooms for single occupancy only)

One existing flatmate will remain. A student in their early twenties. Clean, respectful, and easy-going. We are looking to maintain a household of a similar standard.

The Property:
• Fully furnished throughout
• Clean and well-maintained communal areas
• Spacious kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, and essential appliances
• Shared bathroom
• Shared WC

Payments & Terms:
• No security deposit required
• First month of rent payable before move-in.
• A holding deposit equivalent to the final two weeks of rent is required to secure the room. This amount will be deducted from your last rental payment, and will vary depending on the room selected
• £200 one-off contribution towards utility bills for the entirety of your stay

After the third month, if you continue on a rolling contract, no further utility contributions will be required.

We also provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge as a courtesy. These services are not included in the rent or bills, and we do not charge for them.
