It is well situated, with a 5-10 minute bus ride to Surbiton or Kingston station and roughly a fifteen minute walk from Kingston town centre. It is also 2 minutes from Penrhyn road library.
You would be sharing with three very friendly flatmates, all who are students, and are very clean respectful. I am moving out of London for school so can no longer fulfil my tenancy but would be ideal for a student/those on placement.
